ロサンゼルスにも桜スポットがいくつか、あるのですよ。ここ南カリフォルニアではほぼ毎年、日本より1ヶ月ほど早い開花です。土が違えば気候も違います。ここで育つ桜の種類や花の色も日本でメインのものとは少し異なると思いますが、
日本文化ファン、アニメファン、コスプレイヤーたちは桜の下で撮影会を、アニメファンたちはお花見ピクニックを計画します。今回はそのアメリカ式・アニメファン式の
お花見の様子（3月23日）を、そしてロサンゼルス郡、モントレーパーク市が毎年開催する桜にちなんだ、桜まつり（4月21日）にて、コンベンションＰＭＸが開催したコスプレイベントの様子を、Mikarinがミニレポートしました。

There we can find some Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Trees in Los Angeles. Here in So.Cal,
Sakura blooms about a month earlier than Japan. We have different soil and climate here so the kinds of the sakura tree
could be a bit different from Japanese mainstream Sakura such as Somei Yoshino.
However, we do "Ohanami(Sakura watching)" here, too. We, includes, otakus. copslayers.

We joined two events related to Sakura, one is local Ohanami by otakus (Mar 23),

Infotakus Post-Easter & 1 Year Anniversary Bash!

今年のイースターは３月末でしたが、そのおよそ１ヵ月後に、ポストイースターをサブタイトルとして、
地元のイベントコーディネートグループ、Infotakusが、グループ設立１周年記念パーティを行いました。ロケーションは郊外の、静かな美しい公園で、緑が眩しかったです。ゲーム持参で
アニメ・漫画・ゲームファンたちとコスプレイヤー、そしてフォトグラファーが集まり、イースターのテーマアイテム、うさ耳をつけて新緑の緑を楽しみました。Infotakusはたった１年間で
たくさんのローカルイベントを企画、コンベンションとコンベンションの合間にファン同士が集い、交友を深める機会を提供してきました。また、内輪の友達間のバースデーパーティなどのコーディネイトも
行っており、その活動は幅広いです。また、Infotakusのスタッフさんたちも長年のアニメファンであり、コスプレイヤー、コスプレモデルとしても活躍している、とのこと。大きなイベントの主催者の手の届かない
ファンたちのニードに答えるような企画を提供しています。日本のファンイベントやコスプレ待ち合わせイベントと私たちはどれだけ異なっているのでしょう。
Infotakus celebrated 1 year Anniversary and had a party in the Arcadia County Park. The subtitle and theme of this party was also Post-Easter. Local fans of game/anime/manga, also coslayers
and photographers gathered with Bunny Ears to join this celebration and enjoyed the beautiful green color of May at the same time, Infotakus presented many local events last year around,
it surprised us it was only one year anniversary. Founders of Infotakus are also a diligent fans of game/anime/manga, and cosplayers/models so they know what
fans really need in between conventions to conventions. Sometimes we really need to gather and meet up with our friends just to have fun. I, Mikarin wonder how different we are
to have the organizer like Infotakus which is so local and tied to the real funs needs, to get to go to these kinds of fun events,

Lunar Festival Cosplay Events

コスプレとロリータファッションはまたしても、関連イベントの枠を超えました。リバーサイド市ダウンタウンにて行われるルーナーフェスティバル（中国の旧正月のお祝い）にて、
アニメ・ロリータファッションのイベントが企画されたのです。地元のアニメイベントの協賛を得て、Kris Z Photographyが、
すでに去年からこのイベントを開催されているとのこと。羽治とMikarinも出かけて見ました。リバーサイド市ダウンタウンは少し郊外にあり、大変美しい町でした。
アニメイベントは夕方までに終了し、その後は花火を楽しむことができました。
Riverside City Lunner Fetival had Anime/Lolita fashion event and this was the second year. Kris Z Photography brought fashion show and talent
show events there and it was another opportunity to inroduce Anime/Lolita in non-Anime related events, which was so exciting.
The anime/lolita fashion events were scheduled before the
sunset so all the attendee could join to watch the beautiful fireworks in the evening. It was very special!!

今年もアニメロサンゼルスにて、プログラム参加を果たさせていただくことができ、大変感謝しています。今年もミュージックユニット"Momotama"にて、
Mikarinは2回のコンサートタイムをいただきました。
残念ながら、Mikarin個人のMomotamaでの活動はこちらのコンサートタイムにて終了となりましたが、お友達との楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。
羽治とMikarinはうみねこグループと再開の撮影会を、そして更にコス友たちとコスチューム作りに
関するパネルを持たせてもらうことができて、夢のような3日間があっという間に過ぎて行ったのでした。プログラム参加が中心だったので、
またもやレポートができませんでしたが、去年と同様、参加ダイアリーとして、このイベントについて綴ってみました。アニメ・ロサンゼルスの参加者への
対応は本当に毎年素晴らしい、今年も本当に大変、お世話になりました。来年が待てません＾＾
Many many many many thanks to Anime Los Angeles. Mikarin returned with Momotama, had two concert times there, again, although this became Mikarin's last time to be with Momotama.
Hagi and Mikarin got to have reunion with Rokken Island Meta Force and run photo shoot with Eurobeat King! Then our friend group had a panel of "Cosplay
Costuming 101" panel. Mikarin's first experience preparing PowerPoint. Anime Los Angeles is more than wonderful towards attendees.
We were sooo taken care of and we can't wait for the next year. Since we were participating their programms, we couldn't make the report for this con, but
Mikarin spelled the diary for thoses fantastic 3 days. Please check out.

PMX2012にて、Mikarinと羽治は2年目のスタッフ仕事を終えさえていただきました。ふたりともコスプレデパートメントでのお手伝いでしたが、
たくさんのすばらしいスタッフと上に立たれるディレクターさんたちのもとでのびのび、楽しい3日間でした。
このコンベンションにてコスプレイヤーさんたちの少しでもお役に立てていたら良いのですが。スタッフとしての参加でしたので、レポートの作成は無理でしたが、
私たちのカメラより、PMX2012に参加されたコスプレイヤーさんたちのミニアルバムをこちらにリンクしました。一部の一部ですが。
Second year for us to be staffing at PMX. We got to learn more things about running a convention in a great way from PMX's wonderful directors and staffers.
We helped the cosplay department and hoping that we could be helping hands for cosplayers who attended PMX 2012.
Since we were staffing, we regret that we couldn't have the report for this wonderful convention. But our cam could grasp a part of the great cospayers photos of PMX 2012!!

パシフィックメディアエキスポは様々なエリアにてコスプレやロリータファッションを紹介しています。この日はロサンゼルス郡フェアのアジアセクションにて、
コスプレとロリータファッションのファッションショーを開催しました。これにより、普段日本のポップカルチャーになじみのなかった方々にアピールができ、大変すばらしいと思います。
羽治とMikarinもコスプレファッションショーに参加。Mikarinはアカペラで２曲、アニソンを歌ってロサンゼルス市民の皆さんにアニメ文化を紹介…できたのでしょうか？
Pacific Media Expo(PMX) had Cosplay & Lolita Fashion show @ LA County Fair. PMX has been reaching out to the wider audience in various area besides anime/game, with Japanese pop-culture such as Lolita fashion and Cosplay.
By have this wonderful fashion show in the Asian section of the Los Angeles County Fair, mordern Japanese pop culture was well introduced with fun and beauty of cosplay and lolita fashion to Los Angeles County.
Mikari & Hagi joined the fashion show and Mikarin also had a chance to performe some anime songs. Thanks to PMX.

初音ミクさんのバースデイを、ここアメリカでもお祝いしています。アニメジャングルのフロアスペース中にファンが詰め掛け、ファッションショーやDJタイムという、
とてもユニークな夜は更けて行きました。Mikarinもミクコスにてお出かけしました。
Yes, we celebrate Miku's birthday here in US, too. Can you imagine the Anime Jungle anime shop
is emptied out and instead, so many fand stand on the floor. Fashion show in the anime shop?
It was wild!! Mikarin joined the fans with her Miku cosplay.

アニメロサンゼルス2012 Anime LA 2012
アニメロサンゼルス2012ではMikarinと羽治は、パネルと音楽演奏などでプログラミングに参加させていただきました。
なので、イベントのフルのレポートはできなったのですが、プログラミング参加日記なるものを綴らせていただきました。
ALAでのパフォーマーやパネルのホストはどんな風だったのかを、少しでも、お伝えできるかもしれません。Many many thanks to ALA!
Mikarin and Takeriya_Hagi were fully pariticipating in programing events for Anime LA, by holding a panel,
having two concert time with music group Momotama, and performing in masquerade half time.
So we couldn't make a full convention report. But Mikarin wrote the convention event participant
diary so you will follow how we were doing in Anime LA.

去年のアニメ・エキスポのハイライトページです。アメリカ最大のアニメコンベンションの様子を少しでも多くお伝えしたく、Mikarinが日本語にて、綴らせていただきました。
