Mr.Valentine, a Nigerian national, was brutally beaten by undercover police officers in Shinjuku Kabuki-Cho on December 9th in 2003. As a result, he became a handicapped at all, and his leg never recovered again.
He brought a lawsuit against the Tokyo Metropolitan Government but lost the case.
In the decision, it states "A witness from Kabuki-Cho black people community, and also from same country, cannot be trusted at all". And the Tokyo Police Hospital has not released his medical record, insisting it has been lost.
The case is on an appeal at the Tokyo High Court now.
To meke clear the truth at court, we ask for a fair judgement. Please help him to get justice.
